Bettina Voßberg, founder of the HighTech Startbahn Network Association and CEO of the HighTech Startbahn GmbH (HTSB), has a track record of more than 27 years of experience in managing international companies (especially ICT) and is responsible for the strategic alignment of both organizations - as entrepreneur, coach and financier. After graduating from her studies in business administration she worked in executive positions for DaimlerBenz and Deutsche Telekom AG and was responsible for an investment volume of more than 600 Mio. EUR.
Working with start-ups, her focus is on strategic business development, financing and HR development. Consulting services provided to small and medium-sized enterprises as well as large scale enterprises are focused on Corporate Venturing, Technology Scouting and Innovation Management.
Bettina Voßberg has been working at the Technical University of Dresden since 2009 where she founded the HighTech Startbahn (HTSB) at the Vodafone Chair of Prof. Dr. Fettweis. She supervised the same named research project (2010 – 2014) that focused on the exploration and development of incubation programs and tools for high tech start-ups. Additionally, she is member of the management team of the Twenty20 research cluster fast (fast actuators sensors and transceivers) for technological and market leadership for real-time systems and applications. Strongly engaged in technology-transfer she currently performs as project leader of various BMBF research projects.
With her extensive experience in the development and management of investment portfolios, fields of expertise, incubator programs and venture funds, as an accredited BZTB Business Coach, certified Negotiation Facilitator and with the accreditation of the HTSB at KfW, BAFA, SAB, KIC InnoEnergy and KIC RawMaterial, Bettina makes a valuable contribution to promoting the regional economic development.
