Deutsche Bank AG: Head of Disruptive
Mirjam Pütz has more than 15 years of experience in international retail banking. Currently she holds a leadership position (Head of Disruptive & Strategic Programs) at the Chief Digital Office of Deutsche Bahn. Part of her work here has included establishing Deutsche Bank’s customer experience store “The Future Quarter” in Berlin.
Pütz is involved in actively shaping the long-term vision of finance by constantly questioning existing business models and developing solutions for near and beyond banking. Before this, she held various leadership positions at Deutsche Bank in Turkey, Singapore, and China, as well as two Advisory Board posts in the areas of healthcare and banking. Her academic and professional education was completed, among others, at INSEAD and EBS.
