Stefan Grieneisen started at DB Systel in October 2017. DB Systel is the ICT provider of Deutsche Bahn with almost 4.000 employees. Before he has worked for 15 years at another Deutsche Bahn subsidiary - DB Dialog - as Head of ICT, Key-Account Management and Social Media Communication.

 

Stefan quit the manager-job and his position within the enterprise's hierarchy and started at DB Systel as mentor for a team of software-developers. In his current position Stefan provides his knowledge and some twenty-five years of job experience to the team, that is on the way into self-organized work. It is one of the pioneer-teams that started the process of transforming the whole company from a classical hierarchy into a network of self-organized teams based on agile principles.
